Semiconductors are divided into three scenarios: front-end wafer manufacturing, back-end packaging and testing, and plant auxiliary systems. The overall working conditions are extremely demanding. Clean workshops must be free of dust, oil stains, volatile substances, and electromagnetic interference. The majority of processes are carried out in high-vacuum environments. Equipment operation accuracy is high, with high-speed reciprocating motion, frequent start-stop, multi-axis synchronization, 24-hour continuous operation, and strict requirements for vibration, noise, and torque fluctuations. Areas for coating, peeling, waste gas treatment, and storage of organic solvents contain flammable organic solvent vapors and are classified as explosion-proof hazardous areas.
Special Requirements for Motors:
The special manufacturing processes of semiconductors and integrated circuits require motors to have high precision, low vibration, high sealing performance, high corrosion resistance, high reliability, small size, high degree of automation and intelligence control, and some processes have explosion-proof requirements.
