Special Requirements of Motor for Energy Storage Station:
The lithium battery containers power station has been occupied over 95% of the new energy storage systems. Large-scale energy storage stations are mostly deployed in open or semi-open areas, with environmental temperatures ranging from -35°C to +55°C. There are big temperature difference between day and night, high humidity during the rainy season, sand and dust, coastal salt fog, high harmonic content in the power grid, and need 7×24-hour uninterrupted operation. The cabin needs to strictly control the temperature to prevent lithium batteries from overheating. There is a risk of flammable gas volatilization in the lithium battery cabin and the electrolyte compartment, making it an area prone to fire and explosion. The motor must have extremely high moisture-proof, dust-proof, corrosion-resistant, and reliability. The protection level should be no less than IP55, and in coastal salt fog areas, a C5-M anti-corrosion coating and stainless steel fasteners should be used.
Special Requirements of Motor for Data Center:
Data centers have air-cooled or liquid-cooled type of cooling conditions. The equipments in the data center's computer room is in a constant temperature and humidity, enclosed environment. The annual temperature is 18-27°C, humidity is 40%-60% RH, clean and dust-free, with dense equipment, intense electromagnetic interference. The power consumption of a single cabinet is extremely high. Fans and cooling pumps operate at full load or variable load for a long time, generating a large amount of heat. There are strict requirements for temperature rise, noise, and vibration. The equipments operate continuously throughout the year.
