Application scenarios of construction Industry: The equipments used in construction industry are mainly applied in areas such as building materials production, decoration, and water supply. It covers open-air, semi-open-air and indoor environments. It often comes with high dust, strong vibration and shock, frequent movement, temporary power supply, exposure to sun and rain, alternating high and low temperatures, high humidity, salt fog in coastal areas, etc. The pumps in buildings are located in enclosed indoor spaces with high humidity, prone to condensation, adjacent to residences, and have strict noise control requirements.
Special requirements for the matching motor: The motor needs to be protected against dust and moisture. The protection level should be no less than IP55. It should be IP56/IP65 for cutting/washing areas. For outdoor use of motors, the end cover, outlet, bearing chamber, etc. need to be strengthened for sealing to prevent rock dust and water mist from invading. Ensure the rigidity of the base, end cover, and bearing, and resist strong vibration and impact to avoid cracking and loosening. Select heavy-duty bearings and enhance lubrication to cope with impact loads and extend the service life. The motor should have high starting torque and strong overload capacity to avoid jamming. The cutting machines can operate continuously for 24 hours. For outdoor use of the motor, it can adapt to -20℃ to +40℃, withstand temperature fluctuations, and be resistant to aging of insulation and sealing components. The housing is coated with anti-corrosion paint to resist rock dust and water vapor corrosion.
